Episode 12 : Momentum
Thursday Jul 02, 2020
Thursday Jul 02, 2020
Find your purpose and start the ball rolling, gain that momentum. In one of my previous podcasts I spoke about people needing motivation. ‘success’ breeds motivation. The more you see the results , the more you are inspired and motivated.
Think about the last time you quit something, you most likely quit because you stopped seeing results, so you lost motivation.

Episode 11 : Why CrossFit Gyms 'Appear' To Be More Expensive
Thursday Jun 25, 2020
Thursday Jun 25, 2020
Our goal is to help change your behaviours so that exercise and your health can become a top priority; it’s not to tell you that we are the only means to that end.
Gyms are not created equally. Some are expensive in regards to what they offer, and should be charging less; most of those will be forced to close in the near future. There are also some that offer a phenomenal value for what they provide.
There’s a book called the “The Go-Giver,” by Bob Burg and he writes about The Law of Value. It states, “Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.”

Thursday Jun 18, 2020
Thursday Jun 18, 2020
There is one thing we all have in common. Every person in this world and its not fitness incase you were wondering .
Your outcomes in fitness or even in life are a lagging or delayed measure of your habits
A lot of people if not everyone listening will have financial goals, career goals or fitness goals, you want to make more money, have a better job, or lose weight but in reality, your current situation is a laggin measure of your habits. For example your bank account is measure of your financial habits, your weight is a lagging measure of your eating habits, your knowledge or lack of is lagging measure of you’re reading and learning habits

Episode 9: The secret to 'Success'
Thursday Jun 11, 2020
Thursday Jun 11, 2020
This week I talk about the secret to success.
EVERYONE wants to know the “SECRET” to success.
We spend our whole lives looking for it. It's not complicated but we have a tendency to make it complicated.
I think Jeff Bezos says ‘ be stubborn on your vision but flexible with your approach’.
I think, There are 4 pillars: and these 4 pillars are things that I personally believe will change and improve your rate of success. They have mine and I am a very very small fish in a big pond.

Episode 8: Commitment To The Cause.
Thursday Jun 04, 2020
Thursday Jun 04, 2020
This week I share my thoughts on showing commitment to your goal, whether it be fitness, business or personal.
If you give yourself the option to quit and do something else...there is a 99% chance you will.
You have to train yourself to quit quitting when it starts to hurt.
That’s when the magic happens.
See, what you don't understand is this: it’s always hardest, hurts the most, and most competitive in the beginning.
Anyone can start something.
Few can finish something.
